Compatibility
Works with the AVTOPODBOR-M gauge
The app unlocks the CARSYS AVTOPODBOR-M — the only model in the range with built-in Bluetooth. The gauge and the app are made for each other.
Other CARSYS models work standalone, without the app.
Step 1
Pairing in a couple of seconds
Turn on Bluetooth and location, tap “Connect” — the app finds the gauge itself. The name shows the last digits of the serial number, so you won’t confuse it with someone else’s.
After the first pairing the app remembers the gauge and reconnects automatically next time. No codes, no manual setup.

Hover a label — the matching point lights up. The app shows not just a number, but the full picture of the measurement.
Large measurement result
You can read the thickness at arm’s length — no squinting at the tiny device display while bending over the panel.
Substrate type and coating
The app recognises ferrous or non-ferrous metal and the presence of zinc — you instantly know what body you are dealing with.
Plain-language hint
“Original layer”, “second coat”, “filler” — the app turns microns into a verdict even the car buyer understands.
Colour range scale
A slider on the scale shows where the reading lands: factory norm, respray or a thick layer of filler — by colour, no numbers.
Series statistics
Average, maximum, minimum and the number of readings are counted on the fly — you can judge the whole panel in seconds.
Measurement history with tags
Every reading is saved with a colour tag and a label — you can go back, compare and not keep it all in your head.

The wizard walks you through it
Pick the make and model via search, check the body type, set the company and expert — then tap “Start measuring”. The app already knows most makes, models and typical point layouts.
The company and expert details go into the finished report — the client sees who carried out the inspection and with what. That builds trust.
Precision
Measuring by points on the body diagram
Every panel comes with a diagram and points. The gauge moves to the next point automatically, and measured points are coloured by thickness — a deviation is obvious before any report.
Points are configurable: up to 20 per panel, with copying to the symmetric side. Measure only what you need, in any order.
Clarity
Colour ranges and hints
Define thickness ranges and assign each a colour and a text hint. The app picks up the gauge’s measuring range and builds the colour scale automatically.
The colour tag and comment follow the reading on screen, in history and in the report — the repair story reads by colour, without tables.
Flexibility
Your makes, models and experts
Add your own makes and models, tailor the database to your work. A company can have a name and logo, an expert a photo and a title.
All of it is placed into the report automatically. Set it up once — from then on the app works for your brand.
Control
Control the gauge from the app
With the gauge connected, the app opens access to its functions — without affecting how the gauge itself works:
- view and reset the user smart calibration;
- zinc detector sensitivity;
- magnetic filler detection sensitivity;
- the gauge’s own range limits.
