The full cycle under one roof: electronics, mechanics, assembly and QC. You see the whole result, not one cog in someone else’s chain.
Training and mentorship
We’ll walk you through the process and help you settle in. Some roles come with on-site training — hands, head and drive matter more than a ready-made diploma.
Official employment
Employment under the labour code and a stable schedule, Mon–Fri from 9:00 to 18:00 Omsk time.

Electronics assembler (solderer)
Soldering through-hole electronic components, wires and connectors onto printed circuit boards. Soldering experience is a plus.
ApplyAssembler / setup technician
Assembly, setup and calibration of finished products — the final operations that determine the gauge’s accuracy.
ApplyCNC machine operator / setter
Setting up machines and writing control programs, working on milling, EDM and other machines. Making tooling and moulds for plastic casting and metal blanking. Training available.
ApplyProgrammer / circuit designer
Writing and debugging firmware for microcontrollers, designing the circuitry of devices.
